Returns and exchanges:

a) Can a User return/exchange a Product that has been delivered? Currently, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. That is, there is no return or exchange policy.

b) What can a User do if a Product received is wrong/damaged? If a User receives a wrong/damaged Product, they can send an email to with images of the wrong/damaged Product, and the jagran team, on receipt of all necessary details, will treat the order as cancelled and initiate a refund to the User.

V. Refunds:

a) How will the User get the refund?

For orders cancelled in accordance with this Policy, the money paid by the User shall be refunded. The refund will be credited to the same source of payment (bank accounts, UPI, wallet etc.) from which payment was received. The User will receive a refund of the entire amount paid by the User. In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, jagran may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.

b) When will the User get the refund?

All refunds will be initiated instantly on acceptance of a cancellation request and may take up to 24 (twenty-four) hours to reflect in the User’s source account.

c) Will the discount vouchers or other such promotional offers be reinstated?

If the User has used any discount vouchers or promotional offers when placing the order which has been cancelled, the discount vouchers or promotional offers will be forfeited.
